Is there a Discord?

Yes! You can join our Discord server Here.

How long does it take to get my rank or unban processed?

Purchases made through our store can take a moment before being applied, please be patient. If you are playing on our server while buying a rank you may need to log out and log back in for it to update properly.

If you do not receive your rank or unban within 10-15 minutes please email us at [email protected] or contact a staff member on the server.

You will need to provide the email confirmation you received for the purchase in order for us to help you and resolve the issue.

Can I transfer my rank to a different account?

No. Please note that anything you purchase in our store will be for the player it is purchased for, and for that player only!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We only accept PayPal as a payment method.

Can I get my purchase(s) refunded?

No. All transactions are final. Please read our Terms of Service for more information about this.

My purchase was denied, what can I do?

First, make sure you have sufficient funds to purchase and that your card/account is not blocked or frozen and is opened for online purchases. If your purchase is still being denied, please contact PayPal and your card provider or bank, as they will be able to help you further.

I bought a rank or unban with the wrong account name!

Don't worry! Contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly fix the issue!

Please attach your receipt and proof of purchase in the email.

Can I apply for a staff rank?

The staff ranks are Mod and Admin. You can apply for these on our Discord Server
